Enjoyed time at the beach with friends today despite the cool weather.

Beautiful day for Azalea Festival activities downtown. Wish I had known that the vendors would be on Front St., luckily I just happened to come up to Front and found them, was wondering where they were. Anyway, it was the same stuff as usual but I did get a cool tea cup with a ceramic diffuser and top at the Cotton Exchange and they have a store in there so I'll be back if I like it to get another for a gift. Fun day with Kristen!

The Azalea Festival is such a wonderful celebration of our community (Wilmington, NC)! It is in full swing with blooming azaleas, azalea belles, a grand parade and street fair, a garden tour, parties, visiting celebrities and dignitaries, and a feeling of small town pride. Along with that the weather is beautiful and perfect for our area beaches. Enjoy your weekend and take in as much as you can.
